The most horrendous botox, I have come across in 13 years.
Anna has not acted professionally or compassionately to the problem which has been caused and has refrained from speaking to me despite the seriousness of the issue which has been caused, which requires medical attention. She instead sent a text that it will wear off in three months, and not to worry. wholly inappropriate.
A total lack of professionalism on all counts.

I can't recommend Anna enough, she is amazing in all senses! Caring, professional, attention to detail. I'm very happy with the treatments that I had so far and I'll be coming back for more. She uses quality products and recommends very good ones too. Lovely place located in Radlett close to the station too.

Excellent service from Anna. Have benefitted from Anna's work from two different types of treatment and find her approach most professional and reassuring . Everything clearly explained in a friendly manner. Highly recommend.
