I recommend not to contact the company if you do not want to deal with the Soviet service, for example, if there are problems, then the client is to blame. And also, these are people who spin reviews on the Internet).

We booked to go to New York for my sisters 40th birthday! The process was seemless from start to finish! Mel gave us hotel options and flight options too, costs and asked about parking! Mel throughout has been in regular contact and we even got a lovely postcard on our return - it's the small touches that make you go back!Seemless service, amazing knowledge and would 1 million percent recommend! We had the most amazing trip and it all began with a phonecall!

Your Perfect Travel was recommended to us by a friend and I?m so pleased with them myself now I will be recommending them in the future. Norma and her team were brilliant. I told her all what I was looking for in our adventure to Canada and she pulled everything off perfectly. Our journey, bookings and all the confirmation was spot on and to know that they where there at the end of the phone as backup and the response time to any query was great. I very highly recommend!!

We have been supported by Your Perfect Travel for a number of years now. They?re agents offering outstanding prices that can?t be beat. Laura is wonderful to work with - always on top of all our travel requirements, flights, hotels, transfers etc, and she always communicates everything to us in a timely manner. She makes all the preparation for our travel needs easy and we feel so reassured that everything is always so well taken care of. We literally email her with our requirements and she manages the entire booking process from start to finish finding epic hotels that meet our needs in the most gorgeous destinations, and as well as booking everything on our behalf, she even checks us in so literally all we have to do is turn up at the airport and hand over our bags! She even prints out all our boarding passes for both legs of each trip! She?s fabulous and she?s the reason me and my family will keep coming back year after year. Your Perfect Travel is the perfect name for this company. I approached them with a vague idea of what I wanted and they put together a fully detailed plan of what I needed. As a result, I traveled for three weeks throughout England without incident or worry. I wanted to see the football - and I did, six games - and the staff at Your Perfect Travel ensured that I safely traveled, that I was safely housed in lovely and affordable hotels and that I saw so much more than I could ever imagine. They were quickly responsive to my questions with explanations as to the reasoning behind their plans. The end of the football season is rife with schedule changes and consequently changes in my plans, but they never blinked. The necessary changes were made and I carried on. In short, this staff is the epitome of patience and I had my perfect travel experience. Thank you so very much.

My husband and I returned from our honeymoon back in March from Dubai and Maldives - and what a honeymoon it was!The holiday exceeded all of our expectations and couldn't have gone any smoother. The service we received at both resorts were second to none.When we arrived at Dukes in Dubai they upgraded us to a suite and it was amazing, the view of the skyline from the beach was incredible! We did have a regret about the Maldives.. that we didn't stay for longer.. it was paradise!Thank you all so much for all of your help and assistance and the smooth running of the planning and booking of our honeymoon, as well as the little kind gestures (Christmas chocolates and a lovely postcard to come home to).We will definitely be booking future holidays through yourselves and we recommend your services to our friends and family.
