Food was absolutely top too. We'd eat her anytime. Great NZ Sauv Blanc as well.

Neat little pub, good barmaid. Delicious haddock and chips. A bit slow to arrive as it was Sunday lunch, if I was in a hurry I would have ordered the roast.

Read the reviews and headed over from ware ! Did have sport on the tv but turned volume down . Roasts were great ! As a chef its nice to go out and try other places roasts on a sunday and i am glad i went ! Feeling happily stuffed ! Thanks all !

Think the food here is great - much better than standard pub grub. Well cooked and a decent variety - wish menu was slightly bigger.
Staff are always super friendly and helpful.
Lovely outdoor seating area.
Evenings are a different affair- becomes a much livelier drinking pub with a young clientele.
