Second time coming and great both occasions. Happy hour 4-6 is a great start to the night, and lovely food to follow up. Super helpful servers at bar and on the floor for food also. Can?t recommend more ?

Hosted a party with a large group (25) at the end of July. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with booking and when we arrived, service was quick and the food was excellent. Would absolutely recommend and would come back again.

Was visiting a friend who lives local to here and she took us for dinner. Place was lovely and cosy, we had a few cocktails which were really tasty and made well, if you go before 6 it?s happy hour so 2 for the price of 1. We had the tacos and nachos they were lovely and filling, the garlic chilli prawns were great too.

Food had no taste no flavour everything we had to eat taste like frozen food from Iceland... calamari was over cooked and cooked in very dirty oil, prawns had no flavour also cooked in dirty oil, the salad had no dressing not even salt. The chili con concani tasted like frozen food from supermarket too. I literally left this restaurant in total shock. Best thing about this place was the music and drinks. AVOID no flavour frozen food over priced restaurant ? oh and the service charge!!! For what really.. I mentioned to the lady who served our table that we have a birthday ? only for her to come back with a cocktail that we ordered and a Mexican hat and said happy birthday. I was expecting the waitress to have knowledge of customer service, waitress should have done this after our meal to bring slice of cake with one candle ? and sing with us happy birthday ? I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.. total rip-off for frozenfood l!!!! Rice was not cooked had no flavour at all straight out of packet in a microwave taste.

The New Mexico in Sawbridgeworth gets better and better. The imaginative menus cater for all and manager, Amanda and his staff will adapt items on the menu to suit your taste.
Superb atmosphere and space to relax. Take your time. Is it any wonder people travel long distances to this restaurant. Join the Amigos.

Know the co owner and been here several times, first time for a while and was not disappointed. Food was excellent and service as always second to none. Will be returning with my family again.
