Not open as advertised. I have driven to this store twice in the past week and both times it has been shut when it was advertised to be open. Once at 1.15pm and the second at 12.15. Quite understandable that
the store shuts for lunch if only one member of staff working, but make this an advertised and consistent time.

Friendly service but this is the 2nd time timpsons have given me a ready date on the ticket and items are not ready on that date , both times have proved to be a nuisance as I really needed the items on the day(reheeled shoes for sons return to school and dry cleaned trousers to take on holiday). You really need to sort your timings , I want to support timpsons but proving hard

Went to get a new car key paid £50, went back to my car to use new key, car wouldn?t start had to pay to be towed home £118 and then pay £110 to have keys fixed as turns out he didn?t put the chip from old key into new key. Don?t use for car keys.

Can't answer. Sign said back at 4pm. Waited and waited- gave up at 4.30, having missed my next appointment and totally messed up my afternoon. While waiting i also tried calling the number that said customer support and I was cut off each time without answering.Made a 30 minute special trip in for this - hugely unprofessional.
