This place is a little gem. The online booking system is perfect for me as I often leave it to the last minute and if you sign up for updates you get emails when there are free appointments.
I've seen each of the therapists and they are all friendly and professional.
Today I had a lovely pedicure with junior therapist Keira who went above and beyond to get it done quickly so I could rush off to another appointment. A great addition to the Ruby Rooms team. Thankyou!

I recently had a London lash lift with Becky, I am so happy with the results, it has already been 5 weeks since the treatment and my lashes still look great even after a few weeks in a pool and sunshine. Would 100% recommend, the atmosphere inside the salon was so relaxed and everyone was so friendly.

I had a full leg wax appoitnment today - unfortunately she was quite inexperienced/incompetent. The appointment took over an hour and the wax was so dry that her gloves kept sticking to the wax strip making my experience extremely painful, it was basically waxing in slow motion. I also have hair left on my thighs. It's a no from me.Service: Waxing
