Over the last 18 months we have used RKB for complete renovation of several rooms. David and his whole team are a pleasure to work with and the quality of work has been great. The one thing that impressed me most was the fact that they worked with us to deliver what we needed, if something wasn't right we would discuss it and it would be changed without drama. We liked the fact that they project managed and did the whole job (bringing in others when they needed to), we even had the internal ceiling changed and new Velux windows installed.I highly recommend RKB and wouldn't hesitate to bring them in for future jobs.

Royston kitchens and bathrooms did a huge house refurbishment for us. They installed new floors throughout, knocked down a wall, plastering, new electrics, new kitchen and utility room. They did a brilliant job until 90% of it was done, then the wrong countertop was installed in the kitchen -which they immediately owned up to. Took about a week to replace it but after this they disappeared. We had no idea when they would turn up next, kept being told they would be with us "first thing tomorrow" only for nobody to turn up. We were left for weeks with no washing machine and no clue when they would finish.We are still very happy with floors and electrics etc, but it's just been 5 months and the kitchen cabinets are already starting to fall apart (see pics).

I am delighted with the new bathroom RKB installed in my house. This was a complete refurbishment, in quite a difficult space, and we were given excellent advice and help in designing a new layout and deciding on fittings, tiles, flooring and so on, right down to the last detail. There was no pressure selling of any sort.The work began on the agreed date and although there was a slight over-run this was for good reasons and was signaled in advance. All the materials were sourced in time, and were exactly as specified in the original design. The work itself was mainly done by one person (Louis) with specialists (electrician, plasterer) coming in for particular tasks, and this was all very well-managed, with no lost time and good communication between them and with us.All of the work done was to an exemplary standard, and great care was taken not to make a mess in our house, and to repair odd bits of unavoidable (minor) damage. All rubbish was cleared from the site. The back office operation (admin, invoices etc) is efficient and friendly.I particularly appreciated the fact that RKB take care of everything, from beginning to end - it is a very smooth operation. I think it was good value for money but even so this was a big expense by my standards, partly because of what we chose as regards fittings and so on, and so it was important to me that it be done just right - and it was!Overall, I can strongly recommend RKB.

Very good - did a complete gutting of a 1970s bathroom and installed a full senior-friendly shower room for my Mum. Fitters were very professional and friendly, considerate to the needs of an elderly client. Workmanship seems very good, was a wide range of products to choose from and very helpful advice throughout the process.

The man from Royston bathrooms came to our house to measure up and chat about a bathroom and cloakroom refurbishment last summer. We received a quote (without choosing any materials) a week or so later.We then went to their showroom to chat a bit more about our requirements in November and agreed on the work to start early April. We were hoping to get some advice on choosing the materials and to finalise the quote in January. But several of our phone calls, emails and left messages (all answered) later we just gave up.Now, 3 working days before the work was supposed to start, we received a phone call from the man, asking if we're all set - materials still not chosen, quote still not finalised - I don't think these people understand or care about their customer needs!The man was annoyed with us for not letting him know that we gave up on them ?They wasted so much of our time, we could have had our bathrooms fitted by now!

We waited months for an appointment. Someone went to our place for measurement and see what was possible to do and left saying we would receive a quote as they have recently done a similar kitchen to ours.I waited weeks for the quote and did not receive anything. I then emailed asking for it, received a reply saying they were busy and I would get my quote. That NEVER happened.It?s been more than a month since the first appointment and they left us hanging.If they left us hanging for a quote I don?t want to imagine if we actually made our kitchen with them. Guess we?ll never know?

We are totally delighted with our amazing new kitchen - it's even better than the spec suggested. The team were brilliant about the installation and always ensured that all mess was cleared away at the end of each day. Communication with the admin team was excellent throughout and we were always treated with respect as valued customers. Everything works perfectly and looks beautiful. Would highly recommend Royston K&B!

Royston Kitchens and Bathrooms did an excellent job for us replacing our kitchen. The staff from the showroom helped us get the design we wanted and the fitters did an excellent job rebuilding and installing the kitchen, keeping us up to date with progress and delivery of key items. We are really pleased with the result and recommend them highly.

Great service & experience provided, good communication throughout the process. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, flexible with requests made even after final design, good quality workmanship, respectful of property, cleaned up every day after finishing. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work done.
