Staff members in here are screw loose and rude i live st neots way and never experienced such a s service in my life with trying too send one simple iteam too a evril point the staff member who saw too me was rude and ignorant as had problems printing a label off after she helped she p off and then moaned at me too join the cure rather then being polite and let her other colleague see too customers disgraceful and glad not coming back too this store ever again my advice avoid !!!!!

Went shopping early, when finished i complain that i felt unwell and the cashier called to another member of staff to bring a chair and a bottle of water i felt a lot better after 15mins, thank you ladies i feel a lot better.

Staff are always friendly and patient especially when posting evri parcels. Does seem like they are slightly understaffed as there is often a large queue for the tills and the self service machines are now card only.

Every time I go into this store there is a problem with pricing. I got meal meal and I apparently picked the wrong snack up. It was clearly labeled and the cashier was adamant that I pick up the wrong snack. The college words do you want to put it back and pick the right one. There was a massive cue behind me. Which was embarrassing. I have worked as a retail manager in multiple stores and this is not on. I walked out a went to Aldi instead.

I've never had a bad experience in here. The lads working here are all sound/friendly and speak to you like humans. Such a pleasant change from the mostly bad tempered middle aged females working at the large Tescos. Would recommend ??
