Sorry to say this Tesco is extremely disappointing. Several weeks now I have shopped to find that most all the items I have checked on line were on offer - have - not - been available at this Tesco. This is my go too store, but I have found now it will not be. We will be shopping at Cherry Hinton although it is less direct & out of the way, I shopped Royston on my usual Monday last week & really frustrated decided Tuesday morning to go to Cherry Hinton they had - allll - the offers Royston did not. I would not be putting this review in but it has been several weeks. It is not that the item is not there - just the size, flavour, or whatever is not there - other flavours, sizes or whatever are there to be bought just not on offer. Very sad, it was at one point managed very well, but as everything in life thing change, this change is not good.

Have to say that traveling around the country through work, and visiting a whole lot of Tescos along the way, this one has some of the worst, and rudest staff I have ever experienced. They couldnt be more unhelpful.

I had a terrible recent experience with Tesco has been nothing short of appalling.
Despite being a loyal customer, I have recently encountered a series of baffling mistakes on their part that have left me deeply dissatisfied.
First and foremost, Tesco seems to have a severe misunderstanding of their own policies, specifically regarding Challenge 25 regulations.
It came as a complete shock to me when I was informed that Challenge 25 applies to all orders, even those containing no age-restricted items.
done online for 4yesrs fordt time I've ahd this issue.
As a result of this oversight, I was denied my shopping, with the company inexplicably viewing me as a potential threat.
In an attempt to rectify this situation, I sought assistance from a professional (temp involved but isn't now) and made my way to the store, only to be met with further confusion.
I was initially told that I was banned solely from deliveries, with assurances that the ban would soon be lifted.
However, to my dismay, upon my most recent visit today, I was blindsided with the news that I am now permanently banned from both the store and online services.
The most disappointing aspect of this entire ordeal was the dismissive attitude displayed by store manager Ian.
His cold demeanor and apparent lack of concern for a long-standing customer added insult to injury, leaving me feeling devalued and disrespected.
plus Tasha saying i throw myself onto the floor when I'm a known epileptic what s disgrace.
In conclusion, Tesco?s mishandling of basic policies, coupled with their lack of communication and empathy, has left me with no choice but to seek services elsewhere.
I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Tesco, as their incompetence and indifference may lead to similar regrettable experiences.

Royston Tesco extra.
I accidentally left my phone with all my cards in at the self serve tills this morning. Went back 5 minutes later when I realised and thankfully the amazing staff on those tills had found it and put it behind customer service. What a relief as that could have been a nightmare to sort out.

I know it?s quite weird but I spent over 80 £ in Tesco Tuesday the 14th at 3:30 pm. I had quite a lot of issues going on so that I forgot an item I bough and left in the scanner. After I paid I just went home. When I went back they didn?t want to give it to me. Even if I paid for it. Even if I forgot it. If someone have stolen from you you check CCTV and transaction. But you have stolen from me and said there is nothing to do unless I had the receipt. I had transactions, you have CCTV. I even scanned my club card. I think Tesco should improve their customer service. This is definitely not the values I thought the company had.
How is it that if someone steal from you you check everything but if you steal from people you don?t?
Please, improve. This is a company that people trust and this is definitely low from a company like you.

It is no longer possible to email Tesco customer services, so I made a complaint via their Customer help line. As a result, there is no record of my complaint, no follow-up from Tesco and no way for me to follow up with them when the same issue occurred.
My complaint was about disabled parking bays at Royston Extra, which are regularly used by non-blue badge holders. This culminated our not being unable to find a single disable bay available Friday 3rd January, at around 12 noon, despite circling three times. The situation was the same when we departed at around 12.30pm.
I did a short scan of some of the vehicles in the nearest bays to the entrance. There were several vans and cars occupying the bays without displaying badges, to add insult to injury, one young lady bounded straight to her car and drove off, and there was a young man just sitting in his car on the phone. Needless to say, neither car had a blue badge. Van drives also seem to like them.
We visited again today, 10 January, and found the same issue, however I did get a space some way from the entrance. A quick count in the immediate area found four cars without badges, with several more on our walk to the store.
Non badge holders in these bays are now a very common occurrence, and It also seems, many of them prefer using the closest bays to the store. Whilst I accept it would be difficult for Tesco to police this all the time, surely, for the benefit of those customers who genuinely need these spaces, a more regular presence or enforcement would send a message to those who abuse the much-needed benefit. Laziness is not a disability.
Hopefully someone at Tesco will read this and respond.

It?s a massive Tesco. You get what you pay for. If you don?t like it, go somewhere more expensive ?????
Reviewers commenting on phone signal are correct that it?s poor inside the store but they?re talking total nonsense about it being ?deliberate?. Modern 4G and 5G use shorter wavelengths which suffer more from reflections and absorption than older 2G standards. That?s why signal quality has gotten worse over time with newer standards. You?ll notice this too just walking around London or in any building which uses modern metal-coated insulation and windows.
Staff are working long hours to keep this place running 24/7. Try not to be too mean for spending a fraction of their day talking to colleagues and using their phones!
My only real criticism of this store would be the cleanliness of the refigerated cabinets. A thorough clean slightly more often would help prevent me getting my hand covered in whatever has been spilt when I pick stuff up. It doesn?t happen often though.

The queue on customer services is always ridiculous takes forever to get served. The staff are lovely but this counter always has a massive queue often 1 person serving and several members of staff around but not appearing to be doing much but also not helping to reduce the queue. Just feel sorry for the poor overwhelmed member of staff with a huge que Everytime!

Some employes ruin the experience. It?s a big Tesco with everything in but quite busy at times.
