Would not recommend for biab! Although the staff are friendly and environment is nice, i?ve come here multiple times for biab nails. Every single time the builder gel is applied too thick causing me and others significant pain when put under the heat lamp. Too the extent that i?ve passed out on 2 occasions. When this happened the staff were quick to react and help me which i?m very grateful for. However this shouldn?t happen. Getting your nails done should be a pleasurable experience not one of extreme burning sensation and fainting, which before coming to this salon i had never experienced. On the times where I actually managed to get to the end of the appointment, i?ve always been very satisfied with the outcome and they always do a very good job. However, nothing is worth that pain and I think they should rethink how they apply biab nails.

love this place! they're always welcoming,I've seen some people be so rude to them and they just take it in their stride...always do an amazing job...been coming for ages....I've done the other nail bars in Royston,they are by far the best!!!!

I will never return to this salon!! I had a pedicure there approx 6 weeks ago and the guy that did it was so rough and unprofessional, used unhygienic toe clippers, and ripped my toenail out causing it to bleed and get infected. He also never cleaned to nail drying machine between clients?. I?ve had to have antibiotics and today had to have part of my toe nail removed by a podiatrist as it?s still severely infected!! Never would I go there again or recommend them.Service: Pedicure

Best manicure - gel polish or chrome powder - in Royston, so am surprised with the bad reviews. However, I was not as impressed with the pedicure but will ask for the same guy who does my manicure for my next pedicure and give them a second chance on my feet.Services: Pedicure
