I went to Royston mail spa and I asked for a design and they did a fantastic job I loved the results. They also where verry gentle with my hands and where verry nice I would 100% recommend
Requested style: I requested blue and white French tip with hearts and they did a fabulous job of it

Would not recommend. I went there for a pedicure and a manicure, and the experience was awful. When filing my nails, his file slipped a number of times, scratching the screen of my smartwatch?! I did not know you can even be this clumsy. They did not even apologise. And the pedicure was the most bizarre experience - they painted the toenails first, and then trimmed the cuticles. It was a joke, I will never come back again.

First time visit to Royston nail Spa. Have never had my nails done professionally before so I was really pleased when I popped in to make enquries they could do mine straight away. The young gentleman who did my nails was very kind thorough and professional-my nails look lovely.. My hands have never looked so nice. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you for great service.

Very thorough and detailed work! My nails look amazing, and the price was very reasonable for the level of work and time spent on the nails. Also got a pedicure which was very good, would highly recommend

Absolutely disgusted the man who was doing my toe nails cut my toe and it bleed. Was so aggressive and basically threw his equipment down. He was very rude and not a good experience at all. I do not recommend now have a cut on my foot.

I am absolutely disgusted at my appointment this afternoon and after reading the reviews other people have experienced the same thing. My experience was horrible. I had a male wearing a cap and he was the most rude and unfriendly person I?ve ever come across. I showed the design I wanted he didn?t say a word. He asked what shape I said coffin he laughed. He went to cut them I said I want them shorter and he literally told me no. He said coffin can?t be any shorter but it?s what I have every time. He had a bad attitude from the start and made me feel really uncomfortable. He was very very rough with me pulling and pushing my arms to the point it hurt. He expected me to do everything without being told what to do so if I didn?t lift my finger he would stare at me and roll his eyes. At the end he told me see it would have looked better longer. I was holding back tears the whole appointment. I will never ever be returning and if you think of going here I advice you go elsewhere as it seems he is horrible to everyone in there. The old owners were so good. Such a shame.Utterly disgusted and upset by today.

I loved this nails spa before this place was my favourite previously.when new people came in everything changed not for the better unfortunately.I have been going there for many years and I was always happy the previous people they was always polite and kind and friendly.BUT NOW UNFORTUNATELY VERY BAD ATTITUDE ,VERY RUDE,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ?specially the guy? who did my nails today and same guy did my nails few times previously.Hi didn?t give a chance to choose a colours what I like , he is very rough, twisted my fingers,interrupting me when I was asking for nails design,he looks like he wasn?t listening to what I wanted ,and I know what I want to wear on my nails and at the end of the day I am customer.IT WAS LAST TIME I GO THERE I DONT RECOMMENDED THIS NALS SPA !!!!!

UPDATESINCE LEAVING THIS REVIEW ON THEIR PAGE AND HEAR THEY MESSAGED ME TO SAY I SHOULD NOT PUT A BAD REVIEW UP AND HAVE BLOCKED MESadly after being a regular loyal customer for over 3 years I will no longer !Since autumn 2021 things have gone from bad to worse ! Including 8 weeks ago the nail tech actually made a hole right in the center of my index finger nail causing it to bleed and be very painful, no apology made in fact the manager just said it?s ok to still cover with acrylics but if causes more pain in a few days go back and they would take off and leave that nail undone ? no discount or apology is disgusting plus nail should not have been covered whilst bleeding as infection risk !Event back 3weeks later had good service ONLY DUE TO NAIL TECH BEING MANAGER FROM BALDOCK !Went again this week not only was the nail tech extremely rude to the point it was embarrassing infront of other customers who looked on in shock at his utter rudeness but I did not get what I asked for ! I asked for short round acrylics with tips I got a mix of every nail a different shape some files on one side so low it actually made my own nail and the tip go to low and become sore ! They where all wonky and looked like I had layered 3 false nails on top of mine and then acrylics and colour some where round some almond and some poorly done lipstick shape ?Due to I booked and started at 1:30 and by time he had done it was 240 I was due at work and so had to leave very dissatisfied (understandably) I also told him he wasn?t doing what I asked for but he wouldn?t listen was just rude and dismissive! . I messaged to express my deep unhappiness and that I wished to return the following day to have them re done and by a different nail tech granted they honoured that request but I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable (the original rude nail tech sat there giving me dirty looks the whole time they where very rude and unfriendly and seemed to have the hump that the tips had to be redone as was un salvageable due to there own nail tech again not even an apology given !

I just got my nails done there and was very pleased with my service, £45 for a full set with a small design, so cheap vs the other prices I?ve paid at other places and my nails are PERFECT!will100% be going back.??Services: Nail extensions
