I don?t put 0 stars because I am not able to - if you want to be verbally abused by disrespectful staff this is your place - especially for picking up DPD parcel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dreadful place and terrible service. Went to pick a parcel up..the guy couldn't be bothered to say anything, continued his phone conversation and snatched my phone off me twice to get the order number. Pick up and go elsewhere!

God help anyone who wants to collect a parcel from this shop, l went to collect a parcel which was addressed to my husband, I had the DPD pick up pass which DPD say is all you need to collect a parcel but the man in the shop wanted ID , so l showed him my driving licence which has the same address as on the parcel. but had my name and not my husbands, this being as l have not taken my husbands surname, well the man in his very poor english (before any do-gooders start l am not racist but if you are running a shop and dealing with the public you should at least be able to string a sentence together) refused to let me have the parcel , l had to phone DPD , then they tried to phone the shop but he would not answer the phone, then l got him to phone DPD pick up dept who tried to talk to him but he just handed the phone to me as they could not understand him, at this point he started mocking me about the phone call , l was not happy! so eventually he had to let me have the parcel , so l wasted half an hour of my life in this shop, a round trip of 10 miles just to be stressed out by as a previous reviewer said "an idiot". Avoid this shop and this man .

The idiot in the Royston Premier Extpress, 11 Angel Pavement, who argued with me today at midday for 1/2 an hour before he would scan and give me my DPD receipt! I have already complained to the 3 companies involved. The man also flicked a V sign at me at least twice. I will avoid you stores in future because of your abusive staff.
