I've been to NPS now on several occasions when I've had minor plumbing issues to resolve. The first thing that strikes you is how much they want to help you, not how much they want to sell you. I've been perfectly prepared to spend more to fix an issue but with their guidance and cheap parts I've got the job done. Excellent customer service, highly recommend using them and supporting a great small local business ?
