Called for coffee and a cool drink. Asked for Americano and was asked if I wanted sprinkles, which I declined. The cool drink was presented in a bottle, no glass or ice offered so it was requested and we were directed to shelf of glasses.
The coffee arrived, a capuchino. I pointed out that I had ordered an americano. When it arrived it was set on the table rudely and with a cursory 'thanks' from the waitress. We drank up and on leaving received no acknowledgement. WON'T BE BACK.

Honestly speaking, it's one of the best coffee spots around. The staff are friendly, the service is great, and there is free wifi and plug points, which is really helpful for someone working remotely on certain days.
I've been to a few coffee spots before with the need to work at a plug point, only to be frustrated that there aren't any or the wifi is down, so a massive shoutout to Kookie Nohmad for providing a great spot to work!

Went for a meal with my Mum yesterday and I have to say not only was I disappointed but rather embarrassed. I had poached eggs on sourdough with a side of chilli jam (extra £1 for this - see photos). When it arrived I asked if I could have a little more chilli jam - the waitress took it back to the kitchen and returned with it telling me ?this is the standard portion size? and if I wanted any more I?d have to go up to the counter and pay another £1! I actually couldn?t believe what I was hearing. I have honestly never ever had this when asking for a condiment, let alone a condiment I?d already paid a £1 for and was amazed that the portion was so small!!
The eggs were fine but not how I?d expect poached eggs to be - a little over cooked. However, the sourdough was nice and the coffee was good. I just wouldn?t come here again for food but will probably return for coffee.
The whole feeling when I left was that of embarrassment and I actually felt quite upset by the fact I was made to feel that it was my fault that the portion didn?t meet my expectations. I feel that it was petty of the kitchen staff (I don?t believe this was anything to do with the waitress) and it has really put me off recommending this place to anyone. I think for the sake of adding a teaspoon more into my already tiny dish of chilli jam, this upset could have all been prevented which tells me that although it may seem like a small issue, they really don?t care about customer satisfaction or have any pride in their service.

Really great food here, the Nohmad naked stack and kooky brioche are a couple of my favourites! On busy days service can be a little slow, but the food is so good I can't complain one bit, highly recommend!

Just had breakfast with my daughter. The food was absolutely stunning, the most perfectly cooked poached egg ive ever had from a cafe and sooo tasty! .. atmosphere was nice, trendy, lovely service from Harmony. Very happy customers.

Nice little place, but get treated differently at this place. Not going to get to much into details. Coffee average almost like Nescafé beans. Run by females fantastic women empowerment and all but they all make it look like it?s a terrible place to work or maybe ladies having bad days.

Modern and chic coffee shop, in the heart of town. Delicious food and great coffee. Brilliant remote working facilities with meeting rooms, charging ports, booths. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. So glad I found it.
