Our journey to a final Kitchen via Tommy, Callum and the team at Howdens Royston has been nothing short of excellent. From start to finish service and correspondence has been immediate and correct every single time. Deliveries happened as predicted and on time, packing was ?, everything was present and correct, all the way down to post installation service.
In fact I am struggling to think of anything to improve on.
Proper service. So refreshing these days. We are absolutely overjoyed with our new kitchen.
A massive thank you to Tommy who guided us through the whole process and to Callum and team, hope this reaches you both ?

Brilliant customer service. The designer we saw , Tommy did not mind how many changes and alterations we made he just wanted us to be happy with our new Kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Callum is very helpful. However you need to remember they dont deal with consumers so you need to know who your installer is and that they have an account. Product quality is good.
