“Our journey to a final Kitchen via Tommy, Callum and the team at Howdens Royston has been nothing short of excellent. From start to finish service and correspondence has been immediate and correct every single time. Deliveries happened as predicted and on time, packing was ?, everything was present and correct, all the way down to post installation service.
In fact I am struggling to think of anything to improve on.
Proper service. So refreshing these days. We are absolutely overjoyed with our new kitchen.

“Over the last 18 months we have used RKB for complete renovation of several rooms. David and his whole team are a pleasure to work with and the quality of work has been great. “I've used Eurotiles for a few tiling projects over the past few years, and they really are excellent - they are extremely knowledgeable, they have a great range of quality tiles and a lovely showroom that lets you see the tiles up. Their expertise and enthusiasm is great, and I have found that I've got a much better service here than in a certain well-known chain of tiling showrooms (not that they are particularly bad, but you really can tell the difference when you come to Eurotiles). For my last project, I was actually doing the tiling myself (have previously left it to the experts). We bought the tiles, cement and grout at Eurotiles and then started the job. As it progressed, several issues came up, and the team at Eurotiles were super helpful - they gave us advice over the phone a couple of times and we also went back to the showroom for a demonstration and other advice. When we found we needed some tile edging that Eurotiles would have to order in, Sophie actually found us an equivalent part at the other well-known tile company and even got the part number for us so we could get it that day and keep working rather than wait a day for the part to come in to Eurotiles! The product and service at Eurotiles is excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you - in particular to Sophie for her patience and advice, and the whole team in general.”
