Store called me after I ordered-- they said they were too busy at 11:23am; said it was a 2 hour wait for delivery. I said I wanted to cancel my order and they agreed. They said it would be a 3-5 day wait for refund to my credit card. It has now been essentially 3 weeks with no refund. I called them tonight and they said they were busy and would call me back in 10-15 minutes. I called back after 20 minutes and they promised they'd get back to me but gave no time frame. Now they are not answering the phone, 2 hours later. I am suspicious I am getting scammed by the store. Don't trust them.

Just called up to order and asked at the beginning if they do the double decadence base anymore was told no i said awh ok that?s fine can i place an order for collection and i was rudely told no we don?t do that and hung up on. Awful service if i could leave 0 stars i would!

If you want your Pizza to do a 45 minute tour of the local villages before it reaches you then this is the takeaway for you. Pizza straight from fridge would?ve been warmer than the sorry food that was eventually delivered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If a pizza delivery company are unable to deliver a simple pizza, and then blame being too busy on that failure, then they shouldn?t be in business.

I don?t understand the bad reviews, all my orders have been delivered promptly and hot, and have been tasty. The delivery drivers are polite too, so tip them if you can!
