Dropped in for coffee, the staff were clearing up. As they were closing in half hour. Nothing was too much trouble for them,lovely friendly. Really good service.

Nice coffee shop. Went in for a bacon roll and Earl Grey tea with soya milk. The place is clean and the service is quick.
I was pleasantly surprised that the tea was strong, as usually tea from chain coffee shops is watery, but this one was decent. :)
Parking: There's free parking nearby, as well as paid car parks.

Friendly staff, quick service, smiley and coffee is always food ? ?
Dietary restrictions: Had a oat latte with sugar free syrup. Tasted amazing and very accommodating for dietary and allergy needs.

Fast and quick, bit concerned that the staff aren't aware of hygiene practices.
A lovely dog came in, lots of strokes and cuddles from staff who then continued serving customers without washing their hands.

Awful customer service! Today I bought some drink. And paid by cash, I gave £10 pounds, then I got change £5.45 and £5 pounds was broken(photo here)I said to the man to change the money, but he refused, saying that these are my problems, so he won't change anything.

Suzie is always friendly and serves with a smile.Such a good character and likes to make customers laugh.Everything I've been in here never had a problem, always kind, caring and make me feel welcome and have never judged me unlike other places in the past.I will not go anywhere else for a drink, zac (Zacahino) is super friendly and always up for a laugh and always quick and Laura is super quick and explains things well.Never had a problem with anything with food, customer service is always top notch.Dietary restrictions: Lactose free options

I?ve been to this branch a few times now. The coffee is hit & miss - sometimes too cool & insipid and sometimes just right. Occasionally the incorrect drink is served due to lack of attention Some staff are super friendly whilst others look bored and disinterested. My main gripe with this branch is lack of cleanliness. The seating is stained, the tables are left with used cups etc. in the afternoons, quite often drinks are served in takeaway cups because the washing up hasn?t been done. Overall, this branch needs a sprucing up.
