I accidentally left my phone with all my cards in at the self serve tills this morning. Went back 5 minutes later when I realised and thankfully the amazing staff on those tills had found it and put it behind customer service. What a relief as that could have been a nightmare to sort out.”

“Little gem ?. Friendly kind , helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and want to come back . You may find the prices a little higher but hey, you'd tip waiting staff at a restaurant so no big deal. Highly recommended 10/10 ,service.”

“We use McColls, daily for papers and mainly fruit, they do a deal where you can mix and match two kinds of fruit at three pounds for two normally a nice deal for the customers. It's only a two min walk from home and has a good range of products, the manager and girl's are all from Royston, with the post office in the store it can get quite busy, but the staff cope well, a nice local store.”
