Brought some helium balloons today for my daughters exams, I hadn't pre ordered as didn't want to jinx it, but it was not a problem, balloons were ready & looked beautiful within 20 mins, even though they were busy. The customer service from both ladys was brilliant. Thank you ?

Went into the store looking for inspection for a gift, and I?m not the most imaginative of people. One of the employees, Caroline, offered help and was so patient and friendly while I deliberated her fabulous ideas.
She wasn?t pushy, and I left with the perfect gift.
