They need a staff check very rude not good with kids never shop here again

Brought some helium balloons today for my daughters exams, I hadn't pre ordered as didn't want to jinx it, but it was not a problem, balloons were ready & looked beautiful within 20 mins, even though they were busy. The customer service from both ladys was brilliant. Thank you ?
