I purchased a sandwich from here today, and upon opening it it had barely any filling at all?. Better of going to Sainsbury?s and it?s cheaper there too!

Regular shopper at this store and usually
Frances is around later in the day. Today was selected for random check on self scan and needed to scan 38 items. Couldn?t have been more apologetic for delay. Frances was really polite had a big smile on her face and apologised to other customers for the delay. Great Customer Service skills, have witnessed her dealing with a difficult customer in the past and she dealt with it with professionalism throughout!

I found this Waitrose supermarket in Rickmansworth extremely well laid out and stocked. Unfortunately, it's a bit further away than our local Waitrose to shop at regularly.
