I love the enhanced look, the new shelves and variety of products which can now be easily accessible! The expiry dates of most products are now long enough for me to do one big shop a month!!!
And finally the amazing Kaffy at the till, you want to be served by her when you are in this store, she is friendly, patient and always willing to help out if you have missed an item or want to exchange!
Thank you Tesco, thank you Kaffy!!

This Tesco Superstore is a much better store than it was before. It looks really nice.

Although the store has had a bit of a facelift the staff are still grumpy and lack any customer service
Machines issue promotional vouchers but products are never available and not even stocked

Kimi in Rickmansworth cafe went above and beyond with my Iced Mocha. Great service and incredibly friendly. I would recommend basic sewing in Rickmansworth.

Used to be my store of choice. But now the staff are rude an unhelpful find the extra 10 minutes drive to Audi at Watford saved me £30 a week and a lot of hassle

Pop in most days,Monday- Friday to get milk and whatever,while at work.The staff are great on the very early shift.A nice hello and a how are you.Always sets you up,for the day!!?

Had an awful experience yesterday when a member of staffed refused to take my coins despite the fact it?s legal tender, she started to try and antagonise me with her behaviour, staring at me, even when a lovely member of staffed called Sarah was helping me, she stepped in with a common sense approach and really cared about me. However RAMA, the lady who?s mission it was to antagonise me, kept walking past me making rude comments under her breath, considering we are going through a cost of living crisis her treatment of me, because I was using coppers was vile. She treated me like I was scum. I would like to thank Sarah again for treating me like a human being, as for you Rama, you need some lessons in grace and decorum, also darling anything with the Queens head on it is legal tender, for future reference.

Used to use this store a lot until a rude interaction that occurred with my friend and a member of staff about a voucher she was trying to use.
Today I thought I would nip in for a few things on the way home and have now had my own interaction. Self check out with a basket, I had unloaded my things and popped the basket underneath the little shelf where in every other store they are stored. Out of the way, within seconds I heard a sound behind me a humph? Then my basket was whisked away and I was told not to put it there as someone could trip over it? Under a shelf out of the way? If this is how you like things maybe make a sign? And please don?t get into my personal space like that.
Your sarcasm was felt and staring at me till I left honestly felt super great.
If you are having a bad day I?m sorry but please don?t take it out on people.

Basic Tesco store where you can find day to day household and groceries but not exotic things. Ample amount of car parking space and got Tesco Hand Car Wash. Localities love this shop
