I was visiting Rickmansworth. I had the misfortune to not be able to remove my contacts lenses.
I turned up without an appointment and was accommodated within minutes.
I was seen by a very, professional optometrist who very quickly resolved my problem. Her name is Vinnie. She was kind. Professional and thorough.

Waste of time
Stuff are not good at all.
I booked my hearing test
First they tried to cancel on me because they said you too young to loose it
And after I attended appointment and tried to explain I can?t hear very well for years which I have records on NHS I received attitude
And I called three days to get my results and they haven?t sent it to me till today. Nasty place and unorganised stuff
Avoid!

Excellent customer service by Tina over the past few weeks. I?ve been in multiple times for eye tests, choosing glasses and a contact lens teach session. Tina looked after me during all these appointments and went above and beyond. Such a positive experience, would definitely recommend this store and Tina!

Had a fantastic experience at Specsavers Rickmansworth. Managed to get seen at very short notice and had a contact lens test by a trainee optometrist. Despite being a trainee, Vinitha was extremely thorough in her examination and picked up on issues that hadn?t been explained before, even though I had sight test at another local optician 6 months ago. Everything was clearly explained and I left feeling extremely reassured with the advice given. Having lived in the area for over 30 years and visited several opticians during that time, Specsavers Rickmansworth has been the best of them all.

Appalling. They admitted to an error made their end causing issues with the lens, yet not willing to compensate, bearing in mind the glasses cost £300!
