Avoid Shell Recharge!
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to charge a Fiat 500 on a Thursday, I had 3 x £55 authorizations on my card. A 4th was added on Saturday 2 days later? Their phone number says their office is closed weekends and that they keep these authorisations for 3 to 5 days. 2 authorizations were resolved by Monday. The 3rd £55 claim is still on my account 6 days later!

Very rod attendance, I believe these guys do not need to be working attending no body. After the way they speak to me I ask them if they have paper to right a complain to him they start to scrimin me witch complain like as a costumer i no have the right to complainfor somethingi think is nit right.
I'm a regular customer on these sites because I live in the area, with an electric car, what I charge here every single day, but from today, these are my last visits to these places.
Is ridiculous they request to wait for the electricharger at the back of the shop when no have visibility to the charger, and it is not possible to wait for the charger been availabke because only can eait 20min.

Got charged twice on the air pump. Shell refused to take any responsibility passing the buck to the company they work with. Overall shell is expensive anyway I'd go elsewhere if I was you

Air pump at garage was not working this afternoon. I tried first paying with my credit card, but after 4 failed attempts, I put 2x £1 coins in the slot, as I did not have the exact £1.50 change and was in a hurry. I wasn't expecting any change back, as it clearly stated no change is given, but i was expecting the machine to work. It did not work, so I asked a member of staff for my £2 back and he was very rude and aggressive with me. After a few minutes, it was clear he was going to make it as uncomfortable and inconvenient as possible for me to get my £2 back, so i simply walked away. I've only lost £2, but they've lost a regular customer who was spending roughly £60 on fuel each month, as I will never go back to the garage again.
