My dads been to this post office he is 87 years old and he visited Croxcley Green post office and he get struggle to open the door and he had some issues on send the parcels but the boss man very help full and he treated my dad like his own dad and he solved the issue.

I?m using this post office for last 7 years what a amazing staffs especially there is a young guy serving very well and other staff are very helfull. One of the trust full post office.

Thieves, their card machine glitched and didn?t produce a receipt even though I logged onto my online banking and provided the evidence of them taking the and then money. And phoned the bank to check if the payment was going to drop back in due to their card machine malfunction, and she advised me that the money had been taken and won?t be dropping back in.They refused to give me my money back they stole or my products I had been bought with the money they stole.Now having to go through the process of a small claims court which is advised to me from the police.Horrible horrible people stealing when we are in a cost of living crisis.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Went in about 1 month ago... was treated with disrespect by the man. I didn't get his name but he was around 50, had glasses and was rude. Went back today and was looking forward to being treated badly again, but it was a young man who was very helpful. 1 star review so the shop can raise some awareness and sort the rude man out.

So rude. Went in for some items and to send a parcel but was treated with disrespect by the small man with glasses. Raised his voice and complained and refused to send my parcel as he ?couldn?t be bothered?.Been here before when the girl and the young boy worked, they were so lovely but this small man with glasses is horrible. I've posted three parcels from here - all ended up lost. After the third parcel I tried another Post Office, I posted a parcel to the same address and same signed for service as before. It was delivered on time without issues. Spoke to the shopkeeper but he was dismissive and unhelpful. Made a complaint to Royal Mail.

THE BEST POST OFFICE!!!!I usually go to the Cassiobury Park McColls post office but they have the worst service so I travel 10 mins down the road to come here!Best staff, lovely service, and AND AND AND !! A slushy machine?! Brilliant. Thank you Croxley Green Post Office

Open long hours which is good, but they tend to just "dump" parcels for collection by couriers in front of the shop - no security whatever. They are friendly though.
