Really unhelpful, judgemental and unkind. I have known this chemist for decades, but the staff on duty on Saturday were the worst experience I have ever had in a chemist. Would leave zero stars if an option.

Hitesh and Rajula were one of the first people I got to know in Chorleywood after moving here with a young baby and not knowing anyone! Such a lovely couple and over the years professionally they provide a community service, with their well-informed helpful advice, knowledge, good in store products and services. They're great! ?

The pharmacists and staff are amazing- kind and empathetic. They really do care. When I was first diagnosed as T1D they would regularly call to check in with advice and support. Never get my prescriptions wrong- unlike GP. Always there to help and problem solve. Best pharmacy.
