I ordered an Uber meal worth £39 and zinger burger meal which `i ordered and have done so several times before. the chicken was a slither slice and not a proper burger for a £10 meal. I just got the meal 5 mins ago and tried to ring them Rickmansworth and nobody picks up. I wanted a refund!!!! all there is a a bun and a few bit of lettuce. I am fuming. Friday night and you can see when this review is written and Uber receipt. I wouldnt give them a minus for customer service. I expect them to contact me and give me my refund. Absolutely disgraceful.

Food is very good but the manager attitude is high and he behave like he is the owner and he always take a time to prepare food whether he is free then also

Absolutely rank. Made the mistake of going here one. The venue is depressing. The zinger burger tasted off. And I think they put black pepper on their chips?! Needs to be shut down in my opinion

Do not go there ??I ordered Zinger filet Berger,taste of the chicken ? was awful then when I asked for manager he was very unprofessional to explain imagine when I was talking to him about my complain someone call him and he left me alone and didn?t come back to explain ??

Just been in there. The chicken tasted of absolutely nothing wasn?t like usual KFC at all. Gravy was very thin. No wet wipes available.
