I was really glad to use Hamptons in both lettings and purchasing property. The lettings side was very responsive. During our letting, the maintenance service was quick whenever in need.When it came to purchasing our first property, Samantha knew my needs and budget, and can quickly source the right property options. The property we bought was actually the first one we viewed. How customer centric Samantha was in understanding customers' needs. She also helped in negotiating the price, helped us through the sales process and even speed up the solicitor process. Samantha also helped me a lot in the after sales service since I was newly relocated in the UK, including the removal services. Absolutely professional and exceed expectation! Highly recommended.
