Called on off chance to see if they did dishwasher repairs. They did.The engineer was polite, efficient and tidy. Did a complete job and sorted problem. Will use again for other appliances if they go wrong.

In a world where everything can be quoted or bought online, where we rely on faceless website reviews, uncaring call centres, Albany appliances, Gavin \\u0026 Keith, are the breath of personal and caring fresh air.\\n\\nNot only do they know vast amounts of information on hundreds of products, but they genuinely listen to their client's needs and provide the right appliance under budget and on time.\\n\\nPerfect example, I thought i needed an expensive integrated washing machine, they helped me understand through measurements, that i could use a free standing one at much better cost, with a special deal with Bosch for installation included. AMAZING!\\n\\nI've used Albany since 2017 and will always come back, instead of using the mass market websites.\\n\\nPersonal, friendly, cost conscious and caring. What more could you want?!

Great service received from Albany Appliances.After recently moving house we were without kitchen appliances. We contacted Albany Appliances as we have used them a few times before. Gavin was able to advise us of suitable appliances and also ordered them the week before we moved. He then installed them very promptly. Within 24 hours of moving we had all our appliances! Great service and we are very happy with appliances.Definitely recommend. Many thanks

Very impressed. We were very well dealt with by Keith, who co-ordinated gas fitter and delivery and removal of the appliances, and kept me informed at every step. Also Gavin and Charlie who coped with a difficult delivery to a first floor flat cheerfully and with no problem. I highly recommend this company.

Albany sent an engineer within 3 days to fix my dishwasher then arranged for a new one to be delivered and installed within 3 days for a highly competitive cost. Their pricing is competitive and the service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Great service given during my emergency call to find a fridge freezer that?s given up the ghost. I needed a quick delivery to help out during this heatwave and Albany came up trumps. Will be returning again for sure.

Very easy review. Over the years we have bought several items from Albany. Every time the delivery and installation of new item, and removal of broken/worn out item has been very good. Had a new oven delivered and fitted today - great service from start to finish at a good price. Thanks!

Truly excellent service from initial enquiry to installation of product ? all of which was same day thanks the to wonderfully professional team at Albany Appliance Centre. I cannot recommend them highly enough - old school service and great value ? I shall definitely be using them again in the future.

This is an easy review to leave because everything was EXCELLENT!I dealt with Albany Appliance Centre by placing the order over the phone and dealt with Tina who was brilliant. Tina had good product knowledge and her advice was much appreciated. Communication was very good and all the order paperwork was emailed to me promptly.Delivery happened as arranged without delay with a telephone call when the crew were on their way. The delivery crew were really pleasant and helpful so I will definitely be recommending Albany Appliance Centre to my friends and family.Thank you guys, I'm very pleased to have given you my order for the fridge/freezer and the customer experience dealing with you was great!
