Went in to ask if they had matcha, the barista told us they didn?t, we said thank you and started to leave. As we were leaving the manager started joking about us asking for a matcha, we hadn?t even left completely and could hear her making comments to her colleagues. Absolutely poor behavior, especially as the head of an establishment that?s supposed to make customers feel welcome. She could have waited for us to leave completely before trash talking us. Safe to say I will not come back.
Very disappointed since the interior is actually very nice.

I visit here often with work (The Inclusion Project) We take adults with learning disabilities here to get hots drinks once a week. The staff are so patient and always serve with a smile ???Wheelchair accessibility: Not a step in sight, automatic doors ?
