Staff are always quick and kind, the amount of times the fridges are down is a bit annoying and often you find the fridges that are working are empty or very limited. Is a smaller local franchise and I think they do their best

A total shambles of a store. Appallingly-run, they need their franchise cancelling and a properly-managed operator like Sainsburys Local or Tesco Extra come in instead. Empty shelves, useless zombie staff, broken fridges/freezers and exorbitant prices that take the mickey. Village being ripped off - we all use the Nisa instead who are competent and hard-working.

Staff absent most of the time. Too reliant on self checkout tills. They have the luxury of being the only grocery store in the village so you?re left with no choice unfortunately.

Have fun tracking the elderly through membership cards!Forcefully merging store membership cards with student discounts is Invasive and dissolves customer purchase privacy.That is what the student card from NUS is for, so I don't need to sign up for memberships with every place I shop!I have been informed that the Co-operative is merging/integrating customer purchase tracking with student discounts.In other words, the Co-operative want to track the things I buy through a membership card or the co-op will refuse to give me a student discount any longer.Thank you so much.I just won't shop at the cooperative anymore.It really is simple.

Stock levels seen to be a bit hit and miss. And obviously it's expensive being a convenience store. Parking is a pain most of the time, so make sure you know where the shoppers car park is. The staff are all lovely and helpful.
