Yesterday i went to this shop … i was looking for soft toy but there was not any in the shop so i asked to one lady staff … she was very kind and polite… she bring 2 soft toys from back…. Very good service… excellent customer service … that lady made my day

I wanted to personally say a huge thank you to Mandy and her colleague! They stayed at closing time for me to blow up and huge number 5 so that my son didn’t wake up without a balloon! It’s people like Mandy and her kind gestures that make the world a better place. God bless you Mandy!
