Me and a friend went here for a drink. Both ordered and they made the drinks, the blonde girl behind the counter gave us three drinks. After telling her we did not order three drinks she told us we did and we were too busy talking to notice and was very rude towards us and had a unpleasant tone. Won't be returning! Customer service is everything and being that rude you shouldn't be working with customers. Will be going to Costa where I know the staff are friendly and pleasant!

Another place where good experience can be let down by staff member,as in the Male Barista who seemed different in attitude to different customers or a little obtuse,more attitude suspected!

Average caffe nero. Good decoration and friendly staff. However very dirty. Tables are never clean - even empty ones are sticky and with cup marks. Toilets are terrible with wet floors, no toilet paper...

Hands down the worst coffee I have had. Flat white with absolutely no body to it, I really do think they made it with hot water rather than milk, and it tasted like the coffee syrup in a bottle like Camp coffee, awful taste, I left it after having just 2 sips.

Nice enough for a chain. Seems to have more staff than the Watford store which helps with queues .
