2 srilankan ladies 1 on till and other one who serves coffee are rude and liers. I have been using thisbp for 23 years and for a refund of money baecaus of there broken car wash they refused and alleged that I have got refunds like that couple of times before which I never ever did.and I never knew I can get refund untill there colleague the blond hair European woman said come back if Machine is not working you'll get refund. There accusation of getting refund before was total lie which I am fuming on currently. I gave the ticket to there supervisor to keep it as a gift. People be careful what you accuse of and how rude the staff is.

I was served by a lovely girl called Karishiga who helped me so much when I was struggling with the bags and she introduced me to the BP Me rewards card which had a lot of benefits!

i work in a local pub and it?s so nice to have a 24/7 shop on my walk home, the night staff (11-4am is usually when i pop in) are so lovely, there have a been a few times when there have been a few issues but the staff are lovely, it?s always clean and easy to navigate. for a 24/7 shop, it?s amazing, thank u to all the people that work there :)

Lady who works there- her name is Aga- what a life saver she is!We had a very long- 5hrs journey with a little baby and stopped there- no baby change- but Aga helped us so much!Thank you so much!Amazing customer service!
