Terribly rude member of staff when I visited the store yesterday.
I had picked a whole lot of items to buy, but was so put off by this lady?s rudeness that I dropped everything and walked straight out of the store. She wasn?t bothered one bit by this!
Strange choice of staff member for a charity shop. I hope they replace her soon otherwise they are going to lose out on a lot of business.. which would be such a shame for the charity.

Such a rude lady in here. It?s no more than what I expected though as typically older shopkeepers are very ageist and lack in customer service skills towards people my age. Cheers for the clothes but try and treat people equally!

I dropped off a few coats (1drop off) and a box of clothes (2nd drop off) to Age UK Rickmansworth this afternoon and since then I have been thinking about the absolutely brilliant customer service I received. The man who took the goods from me, who was working in the back room at the time, was so ultra polite and offered to help me if I needed help from the car for my 2nd drop off. He was a charming man and efficient at his job too. I came out feeling really good. He was so grateful and thankful it was like I had dropped off a bag of gold. Well Done that man, what a great job you are doing!

Not the first time visiting as a donator and buyer, but I would suggest any staff including volunteers - have basic interpersonal skills. Unfortunately today?s 15/10/22 did not

Great items here, love the organisation and layout, makes browsing really easy. Staff were nice and friendly.
