We have purchased two fitted bathrooms from this company over the years and have been delighted with the service and end product. What is more amazing is that when ever i need a replacement part (the bathrooms where installed many years ago) they can always help me, know exactly what I need and refer me to the dealer who can sell the part to me. Exceptional products but what makes them so good is the exceptional customer service.

we had trevor help us design our cloakroom,family bathroom and two ensuites-these were installed with superb attention to detail by slavak and his team under trevor's always watchful eye!all this was done over ten years ago-we sold the house earlier this year and without fail all the estate agents who came to value the house and all the prospective buyers asked us if the cloakroom/bathrooms had "just been done"!now if that isnt a testament to the quality of work at RPB i dont know what is!ps before we went ahead trevor was more than happy to take us to see his previous work and to speak with his previous customers

We commissioned Radlett Premier Bathrooms to renew our en-suite. From initially dealing with Sarah in the showroom to the completion of the work, we were really delighted. The quality of the workmanship was first class throughout and included everything we needed to use the bathroom immediately including all decoration, electrics & tiling. We saw three potential bathroom designers all of whom were recommended. However, we felt Radlett Premier Bathrooms completely understood our requirements and, therefore, decided to go with them. We were certainly not disappointed. The professionalism and attention to detail of the installer/builder Vlad was outstanding and the end result is a beautiful new bathroom. We would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring anything bathroom related be it a new bathroom or just an addition to a bathroom.
