I don't believe all these bad reviews! I have been with this pharmacy for over 20 years and not once have I had a problem in fact I went in there this morning as I had an issue with my child's perception (split Syringe) and they sorted out straight away. Brilliant customer service

A well organised, well kept, and regularly modernising, privately owned, village pharmacy, with friendly efficient staff. The complex have several businesses with adequate free parking.

Terrible customer service, take your prescription and ask if you?re waiting, you say yes they put it in a basket & say your waiting to the pharmacist, 10 mins later you ask if they have it in stock, they check, 10 mins later say they don?t have it and have to order it in.The next day you ring, they have it, ordered in, however no one can find the order, they then find and say it?ll be ready in 1mins.You go to collect it , say your name, they spend 10mins looking for it, they can?t find it, check again, another 10mins, they ask your name again and check the computer , another 10 mins they find it.Nothing is simple in ordering and collecting prescriptions in this pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in the area for advice and information

This place is perfectly acceptable. I go in here regularly for my prescriptions. They do have quite a few staff working to dispense the drugs, but you can wait a bit. A few times I just leave it and pick up the next day. There are times when the pharmacist discusses your meds with you right out in the open, although this doesn't overly bother me, if I had a sensitive condition I don't know if I'd be that impressed. Out the back, they also dump huge amounts rubbish and trash which can't be nice for the residents around here. But in the main, efficient service and drugs in stock. Lots of random "tot" in the shop too :)

Helpful staff, a good selection of everyday medical and pharmacy needs and knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists. Just the kind of thing you need in a local village pharmacy. They frequently have price promotions on various lines, too. Always check here before paying Tesco prices two doors away. If nothing else, the staff here are so much nicer!

For such a small pharmacy/chemist Crown seems to sell a bit of everything you would expect from a pharmacy and more - they even have a very big variety of perfumes and aftershaves, and quite regularly have special offers and discounts on them. I have even found it cheaper to buy toiletries in here then in the Tesco a couple of doors down. The service is always quick and the staff are polite and very helpful, even holding the door open for me so I could get my pushchair out.
