The Moor Mill Radlett. Went for a meal with my family and the service was awful.
Steak was so hard it was unreadable all three ? of them.
Service was so bad we waited 40 mins for a drink and we had to wait so long for the awful food that we had to ask for a second drink.
Would never imagine going back there.
Awful place.
No customer was satisfied.

I visited for lunch. Excellent value, tasty food, fabulous service. Karen, our waitress was friendly and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed.

Such a shame the place has gone to shit. It's dirty, slow service and the food is top price but not worth half the price. Avoid the place.

Very nice old building, service was prompt (although it wasn't busy there), food was very good, prices were reasonable, it's a Beefeater so I didn't expect haute cuisine but all round a really good experience.

Served by the lovely Karen, polite, professional, swift service with drinks and food. Great place for sunny days, lovely outdoor seating areas.

What a shame. My father and I used to come here all the time. It used to have gloriously well maintained garden and children's play area...lots of greenery and people sitting, playing and laughing, and there were lots of fish and the ducks would come to your table for scraps. There used to be a number of serving staff in the bar and the garden, which was immaculate. However today we went there and we had to wait nearly 15 minutes at the bar for a drink as the one poor bartender was also cleaning up the garden area. The garden was bone dry, untidy, unkempt and unappealing. In nearly 80 degree heat there wasn't a single umbrella on the garden tables. The children's play area is cordoned off with heras fencing....not appealing at all. And....it's lunchtime...and there is only one other person now in the garden when you used to have to almost fight for a seat. How disappointing.

I often have something to eat or just a coffee here while my dog is in the groomers across the road.The staff, including the manager, Pradeep are always very helpful and friendly, offering excellent service.

I guess the lady called Pat who seemed to be doing everything was amazing, obviously very short staffed
