Poor if you have dietary needs.
They don't sell the kids crisps/snack bit separately (you can only buy them as part of the kids meal deals). Our child is Coeliac and could only eat 2 of the items so it meant wasting money on food that won't be eaten. Very poor on choice.

Very poor for people who are vegan. They can do a meal deal for other sandwiches but not vegan sandwiches. It doesn't make any sense, and i wouldn't recommend a place that has no value for some customers like myself.

We stopped by on our way to our holiday and had a fantastic experience. Abdul, a gentleman at Waitrose, was incredibly polite and helpful, making our visit truly memorable. We?ll definitely return, as the memories of this visit will always stay with us. A big thank you to Waitrose and Abdul!

Thieves that operate this store. I imagine the store manger is judged on reduced produce or this is absolutely a franchise.
Multiple times I've stopped at this store on route home and they NEVER put the reduced barcode onto any products that have been reduced - only the yellow sticker on the front. If you're buying 1 item, you notice - but the number of times you buy multiple products and don't notice is a joke.
After being scammed multiple times, I thought I'd look out for it over several visits. Sure enough, NEVER a barcode covered and the staff are nowhere to be found.
Sorry to moan about reduced items, but it's the principle. It's just a form of scamming.
I expect better from Waitrose.

the washing machine does not work, there are only 2 places for the shower considering that there is a parking lot for drivers next to it, if you want to ask a question you have no one! I confused the police with the security guards in the store, thinking that there is such a thing in the store, it's the first time I come here, everything is mixed, and as for the showers, I'd rather pay than wait 40-60 minutes to take a shower!!

Today is my second time in this store, because I have been here for a long time, you said to tell the business manager about the problem first, yes I did, she forgot to take the money I was carrying in my hand because of chatting, but I never forget, thank you friendly and beautiful people

Found the prices here far higher than the high street outlets - probably around 25% more. So really only for essential items if are on the way home after a holiday.
