Went 09/10/2024 evening around 3.30pm Managers was very rude. Not helping at all. Feel like very racist. Need to be polite and nice for the customers. He doing this many time for me. Next time take a picture and will upload it. Drink was made wrong. Asked about it from the Manager. Surprise , he doesn?t no about as well. Food was disgusting. Missing food as well.

Worst food l ever had here friends didn't get what was described on menu with thier burgers had to ask person who server the table. also everybody's food was cold and coffee milk wasn't hot enough l always had no problem with this restaurant but to day was a bit of a let down

Felt like an old fashioned pub atmosphere. Everyone knew everyone else, all walks of life mingling together
Food was very decent and dirt cheap, as where the drinks..

Family get together in a spacious pub. Very good service and very inexpensive compared to other pubs. Food was good

Great experience. Best steak I've ever had in a pub. Friendly service from all staff except a member who could have been management or owner, who for some reason thought it smart to waltz in and out of the kitchen without washing hands or at covering shoes etc.
Rest of the team: amazing job all around.

Went for a birthday lunch but got turned away by a new manager as we had our family dog with us. There was no one sitting outside but we were told it was their policy that dogs were not allowed inside or out. We have previously been before with our dog and have never been refused. We are supposed to be a dog friendly society and i cannot see any problem with a dog sitting outside. Instead of worrying about dogs they should perhaps clean up their outside areas where a dog, if they were allowed, would sit. Shame on you Wetherspoons.

Went for a breakfast today and whilst I appreciate the pub was busy, the service was awful. Food was cold and came out haphazardly or was missing. Heard other customers complaining about the same issue too. Waitress did her best but was run off her feet, and seemed to have no support and appeared to be working on her own. When we spoke to the manager he clearly wasn't interested in what we had to say, and again I appreciate that he was busy but his attitude was not acceptable. We will not return to this particular Wetherspoons again.
