I had a terrible experience with Tesco Potters Bar customer service today. I forgot to scan my clubcard and missed out on a discount. When I went to customer service to ask for help, I was met with attitude and told it was my fault for not remembering to scan it. The staff seemed more interested in lecturing me than resolving the issue. It felt like they were making a big deal out of a small mistake, and it was really disappointing.

Don't buy Krispy Kreme doughnuts from Tesco Potters Bar. Bought a box of three last Thursday, when I got home they were stale and hard. Must have been in the cabinet for days, tried eating them but they were chewy, disgusting, threw them in the bin. Should be trying to get a refund really but not easy when have nothing to take back to the store. Lesson learned.

Car wash at associated Tesco petrol station caused significant damage to my bonnet. Tesco refuse responsibility due to their disclaimer. Would avoid at all costs.

Hey a h, TESCO may not have car park cctv but they do have effective ANPR that sends out penalty notices to vehicle owners who overstay the time limit.

A new store manager has now turned this store into a complete nightmare shopping experience? avoid at all costs?. Shelves are empty? even out of date food has been found on shelves.
