It has been downhill recent months, they never answer my calls, I tried to speak to someone for the last 3 days, called countless times!!!!! No answer!

Has really declined in service - prescriptions are always delayed or not ready and if you try phoning they just hang up

Absolutely awful now. Since the original lady run it. 3 times over 3 months I have waited a week for my prescription. On one occasion i was given someone elses prescription.Only ever get it as I have to keep going in. I will be changing my dedicated pharmacy in the future. Miss the original team that run it well if only we could do a minus 5 star.

I don't answer the telephone shut it you're trying to get your script it's impossible Yeah, I have spoken to him about this before, but he said it was sorted out. It started and i'm trying to find it russia which is really not ready

one star is too much !!! I have tried 3 days solid to make contact. no answering of phone at all. I have gone through head office and they tried internally . no success, eventually cut off. It has now become an emergency and am now ready to throw in the towel. Too shocking that businesses cannot answer the phone when it constantly rings. All I want is for a prescription to be released as it has gone to the wrong pharmacy . Been without my meds for nearly two weeks now , desperate is not the word ..... Answer the bleeding phone and show some courtesy

Gone downhill hugely recently. Never answer the phone. Hang up on callers when trying to speak to someone. Really poor service. Will now be moving to a new pharmacy.
