I?ve paid to fix a jacket that had a small hole? they just applied glue on that and give me back, after a new wash service the glue has gone?
It is a cheaper place, so they offered a service compatible with their price.

Exceptional service. Took in my suits and curtains for dry clean and it was cleaned beyond my expectations. Great detail to attention from the shop owners. The women behind the counter was very friendly and advisable. Loved the service.

Just picked up my suit and dress from Sovereign Dry Cleaners, and I'm thoroughly impressed! Their attention to detail is remarkable, and they managed to remove some tough stains without damaging the fabric. The lady twas friendly and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. Highly recommend for anyone needing top-notch dry cleaning services!

Terrible service. My mum took a dress here to have 3 inches taken up from the bottom. The lady agreed £30 to sew a hem because they don't have an overlocker to finish the edge properly. A week later, my mum returned to find they had cut 3 inches from the dress and not used an overlocker or sewna hem! The dress hadn't had a singly stitch sewn. The dress is now going to fray. They also did this without checking first. They still had the cheek to charge my Mum £30, just to take a pair of scissors to it! Horrified at the service and strongly advise anyone against using this establishment.

Gave them a king-size duvet to clean at a cost of £25 not sure what they did but they didn?t really clean it, they bagged it up and gave it back. I had to give it to someone else and now it?s perfectly white and clean. Can?t trust them so won?t be back

Horrible business, the woman at the counter started to raise her voice at me and was extremely aggressive when I was asking for a refund. Please go somewhere else.
