Sainsburys in potters bar is always helpfully and friendly, especially Rodney who works in the kiosk and customers service and always goes one and beyond when I ask for help

Awful customer service from the older lady on the small check out counter next to customer service. There was a small older lady clearly struggling with her shopping and she made her wait before everyone else because she was slow and ?the queue was building up?. She then proceeded to lecture this woman about how she won?t be serving her next time as she had more than 5 items and she takes too long. She had 6 items.
She also then wouldn?t serve me for cigarettes because I had no ID, there is no doubt that I look over 25! She then proceeded to lecture me about this. Rather than just refusing the purchase and explaining that it is the policy.
This woman seems to enjoy making people feel small and stupid. I haven?t encountered someone that rude in a long time and I?ve worked in A&E on a Saturday night.

I?ve been shopping at the Sainsbury?s for over 15 years now this has been my main store for my weekly shop. however I have noticed that they have recently reconfigured the store and thus removed various items.
Interestingly these are quite popular items such as instant noodles which are always a struggle to get anyway as they always sell out. There are things in the worldwide aisle such as curry sauces that were more unique and far less bland than the regular sources that you get in tubs.
I was told by a store assistant that they?re removing the clothing section which is a shame because Sainsbury?s quite often did quite nice clothes!
My point being, a lot of our favourite and some essential items are no longer there. The nectar points are not great, Tescos club card is a better alternative.
This is this store The, the main store of which me and my family shopping And rely on for our weekly prepped meals, however due to reduced stock and a lack of options available I think we?re going to start shopping at the large Tesco?s now.

Not many freezer units to offer frozen goods.
The refrigerators are very very dirty with food stains everywhere.
Once seen it puts you off buying fresh goods as hygiene is terrible.
