Worst food I've ever been served in my life. Got the breakfast at Tiffany's and everything on the plate was freezing. When the staff were informed they done nothing to resolve the matter. Terrible customer service these people should not be serving food to the public. Tables were also filthy

Trash place. Staff are so rude. Service non existent, and food burnt and slapped on a plate. Avoid, as many better burger places about.

I went with friends on pancake and what a mistake it was. We ordered our mains and dessert together and said we want our food first. Not only did they bring the pancakes first, but only 3 of the 5 of us had our food. The service is shocking, we asked why and where our mains were and no one could bar the owner who said it was because the pancakes take less time to cook. We explained we wanted our mains first etc and he just didn't know how to handle it, he stated "it was the busiest day of the year and they are trying their best". Yes it got a little heated because after an hour we still didn't have our mains and was told various things. No offer of a complementary bowl of chips due to the whole issue, I had to ask, then the bill was provided with no money off, so I asked the waiter to see what discount we will be given and was offered 20%
A pregnant lady waited 2 hours for a panini, we ended up giving her the free chips we were given.
The owner does not know how to run a business, his customer service is shocking.
It used to be a much better than it is now.
I will not recommend this place if u want good service.

I recently visited Potty?s Dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was ok, but the food?specifically the dessert?left much to be desired.
The cookie we ordered was undercooked and overly gooey, making it unpleasant to eat. The soft-serve ice cream that accompanied it was melting so quickly that there wasn?t enough time to enjoy it before it turned into a puddle. It was frustrating and felt poorly executed.
This was especially disheartening because we used to visit Poty?s Dinner a year ago and always had great experiences. Sadly, things seem to have changed, and the quality has clearly declined. Based on this visit, I wouldn?t recommend Poty?s Dinner anymore. I hope they can make improvements to return to the quality they once had.

This afternoon my best buddies and I decided to go to potty?s for lunch. WOW, the service from soulla was absolutely top notch. Made sure we were okay throughout our experience and delivered the food in great time. The food was unreal. Taste, presentation, you cannot top it. I would always chose potty?s for an American diner.

Fantastic food. You know how they take photos of food to make it look good on a menu etc but then when you get it.. well... now this place it looks exactly like you only seem to see in the movies. It looks and tastes fantastic.

Simply amazing. Such nice portions too! Got me filled with one plate. I recommend the 4 mini pancakes and custom toppings..! Recommend.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten and diary free options too..
Kid-friendliness: So many options that kids may like! My kid loved them..

Had smarty cookie dough delivered via ubereats. The cookie was so crispy and overcooked that it wasn?t cookie dough at all. The paper was stuck to half the cookie making in inedible. In summary, the wrong cookie dough I?ve had- burnt and clearly not cookie dough

Unfortunately, as it shares the building and is part of a shisha bar, the diner is a Second class citizen to the shisha bar. Although this place advertises to be a diner, Apart from the décor there is no evidence of it being a diner in as much as it has no 1950s vibe, no 1950s, music and the staff are wearing clothes more suited to the shisha lounge and are just running back and forwards between the 2 bars. The food was very nice, but the whole experience as a 1950s authentic diner was incredibly disappointing. No music! No atmosphere! Furniture old and in disrepair. Very telling that they don't reply to ANY reviews

The place is great but the shisha does not last. I've been there a few times now and each time the interior of the lounge gets better and better, but the shisha only lasts from half an hour to an hour for the same price as London lounges where shisha lasts 2h+.

Has gone downhill since we were last there and we learnt that it is going to be closed down & turned into a proper restaurant which is a great shame because it had always been our go to place on a Bank Holiday for their crepes & wafflesParking: There is a small car park but it's not big enough for the venue

Really great atmosphere. Friendly and relaxed. Really good manager/owner, he treats customers so so well. Great shisha. Great Monday to Friday.
