However a ton of pizza sauce

Second time they?ve done this. Order shown as delivered and nothing sent. Ring them and they hang up when you question where the food is. Pretty poor in my opinion. Last time I complained the said it wasn?t there issue.i know me never ordering from them again won?t break the bank but it?s crap all round.

10 days ago I ordered pizza and starter after work. They called in 10 minutes and told me don?t have deliver up to an hour. It was late so I asked them to cancel and refund me. They said I have to do. I said it?s not possible as I ordered through on line. Then they said we going to refund u. After 3 times called they promised next day still they have not refund me! It?s really unprofessional and not trustworthy business!!!! Not good at all. There is even no complaint policy they have in place at least I Potters bar branch !!!

Normally, I order Papa Johns as take away, and I savour every bite of that beautifully thin dough, thick crust and melt-in-your-mouth cheese. However, the only reason that stopped me from giving this establishment 5 stars was the service. Several times I have had to phone up Papa Johns to keep track of my delivery. All I ask of this pizza place is to treat their customers with full disclosure. For example, just a few Papa Johns? employees normally tell me that they are busy and are trying and I may have to wait. Want I wanted to hear was, ?we have received your order, but are very busy and will get to it as soon as we can.?This is just a minor issue which can easily be changed, what is important is the quality of the food, which is outstanding. Will be ordering again.

I have not ordered at Papa Johns for a while. Since the last time, I have found the pizza too salty... not sure if they have added too much salt to the flour or the ingredients, but it tasted different from the last time I ordered. It seems there is inconsistency among the different places. I like trying different stores, still looking for the best one. The price is fair, especially if you compare it to the Italian restaurants which now sell pizza more expensive than gold. I rate this branch as an average one: neither too good and nor too bad.

The last twice we have had our Pizza from Papa John?s Potters Bar we have been very unimpressed with the service we have received. We ordered on line for collection and each time the on line progress report has not been updated. The first time this happened I went to the shop an hour after the order was placed only to find that there was only one person in the store trying to deal with everything from preparing and cooking the pizza to answering the phone. Tonight again the order wasn?t updated on line, we went down to the shop only to find that the pizza was ready but on line had not been updated. The result was the Pizza was not as hot as it should be and therefore not so enjoyable. When we asked why it hadn?t been advised as we should have been we didn?t have a satisfactory response possibly because the server didn?t have a basic understanding of the English language or pretend not to understand. No apology was forthcoming. With the amount of Pizza companies in the town I would suggest people avoid Papa John?s until they sort their staff out.

Waste of money... My third order and third time disappointed.. you have to wait for it forever and pizza comes in cold, charred and doesn?t taste of anything ? I use to ordered from them every 7-10 days and pizza was great until several months ago when all the staff there have changed.. I will definitely never order again and I don?t recommend it to anyone!
