Great products but customer service needs improvement. We had a table delivered last year. It arrived with a very minor mark, only visible in daylight. The store said they would check with the manufacturer. I chased the store 3 times but no actual response came back. Delivery men were great but customer service from the store is disappointing.

Fantastic from start to finish. Great communication from Oliver with updates of our expected delivery and to top it off polite and friendly delivery team who built everything onsite.

Honestly terrible service, the product itself is beautiful, firstly they are not organised at all they don?t even know how much I owe them, secondly they gave me the display product without any packaging to put in my car, it doesn?t even have bulbs and added the product was damaged, I had to deal with them and make a correct pricing rearrangement in order to get it and when I first ordered my product I had to wait 9 weeks which is ridiculous, I would?ve gotten a refund but due to the family?s excitement I couldn?t otherwise I advise anyone not to but from this shop.

Absolutely stunning bespoke-made set of sofas. Brilliantly made and look beautiful. It took 17 weeks to be made, but this was only 1 week longer than they said it would be. Highly recommended, particularly if you need something custom

Visited the concession in grand designs and immediately loved the armchairs and sofa and the thousands of luxury material choices. Marc was very patient in my decision process. All the staff in store have been amazing and kept me in the loop on delivery and progress during the known long lead time.I also purchased my dining chairs when I visited the store in Potters Bar.Couldn?t be happier, would shop at Oliver Mathews again.

We ordered a large dining table and chairs from Oliver Matthews after seeing it on display at their stand at the Grand Designs show earlier this year in London. We are very happy with the furniture and the quality is great. It was delivered and assembled in our home. The reason I haven?t given 5 stars is that we needed to chase them and the original delivery was delayed by a couple of months. Chasing them up was a hassle as their phone was constantly engaged. When we eventually received the table and chairs they were really high quality products and the delivery team assembled it all for us and removed the packaging too. Overall I would definitely shop with them again but would ask them to keep us updated and try and get the furniture to their customers in the timeframe originally promised.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!I ordered a large table and bench from Oliver Mathews which was described as having natural cracks. When it arrived, the cracks were by no means natural and have been gouged out in the factory and look like a child has been let loose with an angle grinder ( I have had this verified by 3 industry professionals) The manager Mark Trim was not accepting of thios fact and has made no effort to resolve this, other than offering to charge me 30% of the cost to re stock the item.I am currently in the process of seeking legal action against them as well as opening a case with the governing bodyOUTRAGEOUS

We visited Oliver Matthews and like the other poster received a parking fine, however after going back to the store to explain this they immediately cancelled it. Whilst there I obtained a fuller explanation of the parking arrangements that were introduced by the landlord of the building: Parking for customers is completely free so long as they park in the designated spots and enter their number plate on the iPad screen on entering the store on the left hand side of the door (there is a sign - it's a little small through). If you don't do this you will receive a fine. Oliver Matthews have a limited number of fine cancellations per month, so as long as you visit them in the store and explain the issue - so that they can confirm you were a legitimate customer - they will be happy to cancel the ticket.

Wow! What a find, stunning sofa designs, fantastic dining ranges and very knowledgeable staff. Cant recommend highly enough. We cannot wait until our very large corner suite arrives. Looked everywhere to try and find someone who could make a u shaped sofa to our specification. And then i find Oliver Matthews. I will be back when the funds allow to get the 3 metre dining table, Thanks Marc and team.

What can I say, wow, the sofas in this shop are fab ? and they can do anything I want.I was served by a man called Mark, he seemed to know his stuff and wasn?t pushy like you get on those retail parks shopsCan?t wait to exchange on my house purchase so I can order my new furniture.Also got samples through the post of my favourite fabrics so now I start my mood board. Ordered a clock on the web site and unfortunately got caught up with all the hassle of Covid in securing its quick delivery. Oliver kept me informed of the orders progression every step of the way by email until it was safely delivered. An excellent, personal and professional quality service. I will surely look here first if I require any further home accessories.

My wife and I purchased some beautiful furniture from Oliver Matthews in Potters Bar. Everything from initial selection through to delivery was first class and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of our new items.We will definitely be back for some other pieces.Many thanks to Marc and his team

Bought a 8 seater sofa for £3500+ delivered in May 2020.After 3 months seat pads were going flat despite daily puffing and turning. Emailed them...no answer. The cushions have now got to the stage where you can feel wood when sitting on them. Countless calls later with no answer. My husband managed to get through a couple of weeks ago, explained the issues, only to be told they would sent extra filling for £80 per cushion (£480) . Terrible customer after service. Terrible sofa...we should have bought the similar one in Sofology same price. Dont be fooled by the glitzy showroom.
