Just been into the Potters Bar branch to open a Branch Bond Savings Account at 14:50 today (11/10/24), After fully researching the account. The two mature (old) ladies on the counter must be the rudest, telling an 81 year old to go sort it on the computer!Leaving her standing outside in the rain 5 mins before opening.Terrible service for a new customer, hopefully it improves!
