Ordered via the McDonald?s app. Delivery arrived with a significant part of the food missing (9 chicken selects). This was 2 days ago. Impossible to get hold
Of anyone to at very least get a refund for the food I paid for and did not receive. Let alone an apology for a ruined dinner.

Went for takeaway. Very poor food, chips only warm, apple pie warm, chicken dry, and chilli dip missing won't be going back and definitely won't be recommending Mac.D. to anyone. Complete waste of money.

Second time in last two drive through that food I ordered has not been included and nothing you can do once you're home. I asked many times if everything was included. Very annoyed as they were Snotty with my asking.

Once again potters bar McDonalds is disgusting ?, they haven?t got a clue how to cook burgers in there. My food arrived cold and soggy and took one hour. Even tho it?s 7 min from my house. They do not care about their customers. They serve rubbish and most likely been thrown to the floor before serving customers, stay far away from this place it?s disgusting and will be reporting them to the council and good agency

Fairly small McDonalds but service is great. I went at 4pm which had a lot of students in. Good high chairs if you have a baby. Food was fresh and tasty

Take away. Fries were only half cooked. Chicken sandwich Patty was rock solid. Fanta and coke tasted awful.

I usually come here for a lunch break most of the time and usually at different times. You see older aged staff arguing with each other, staff calling out number and getting angry because the order isn?t collected - understandable, but walking around with a tray and calling out the number isn?t appropriate. I saw a comment where the service is slow for the amount of customers and that is true. Food is ?alright? here.

This place is a discrase do not order from here. I ordered a breakfast on just eat it they gave me a delivery time said courier was at the restaurant then 30 mins later still not being delivered and still saying preparing. In other words no courier to delivery but saying there at the restaurant. Yeah my righ

This in the worst McDonald's. Yet again there is something missing from our order. Even if you repeat your order several times they can never get it right. Unfortunately we were in a hurry so couldn't check. I woukd advise anyone visiting this store to double check what you are given even if it means you hold everyone up.

To use a competition voucher ( big mac ).
No marked out order counter.
Paid with cash and voucher
Service seemed slow for the amount of customers there.
Bought large fries and a coffee, to make up a meal, with the big mac
